HistoBistro

As part of the HistoBistro, the University Library, Centre Céramique, Regionaal Historisch Centrum Limburg and LGOG (Royal Limburgish society for History and Archeology) will present a beautiful selection of historical cookbooks from their Special Collections.

HistoBistro will be organised in a bistro-setting. Historical finger food and liquor brewed from a 17th-century recipe can be tasted for free!
