Grassa! – Pasture Lands as a Source of High-Quality Protein

Grassa! shows how bio-refinery can increase the food-grade protein production of pasture lands by 50%. In addition to cows, it is now possible for pigs and chickens to digest this protein (and in the long run even for humans). More efficient use of nutrients will reduce manure, nitrogen and phosphate surpluses. Imports of soya meal will decrease drastically and local cycles will be closed. In short: bio-refinery makes sustainable agriculture possible.
