Exhibition of the Jesuit collection by Theodoor van de Velde (1873-1937). In response to the "marital crisis" of the 1920s, gynaecologist Theodoor Hendrik van de Velde wrote several books to save the institution of marriage. According to him, eroticism was the foundation of marriage.
