Marvin Frey & Willem Suilen

This young duo was founded in 2014. Marvin Frey plays trumpet and flugelhorn and Willem Suilen plays the piano. Both musicians studied at the Maastricht Conservatory and found out they had a musical click. Their music is characterized by an atmospheric approach with plenty of space for extended melody lines. The collaboration resulted in a recording session in March 2016. This recording can be listened to online.
