“Prince of Darkness”

The musician Prince had a difficult childhood and a tormented relationship with his father. Add to that his fear of women and an obsessive urge for rivalry and you have the recipe for his lesser-known repertoire of introvert, meditative music, which is filled with poetic, autobiographical texts.
