In research into the chronic bowel disease IBD, data from the patients in South Limburg are systematically collected. One of the things we will be looking at is the role of the intestinal flora and nutrition, and how we can use our intestinal flora and particles exhaled in our breath to determine whether someone’s disease is flaring up.
