Children's Rights: Looking through children's eyes

Even though children have rights, their rights are grossly violated. Why does this happen? Marieke Hopman tries to understand children's rights violations by looking at law through children's eyes. She will illustrate this approach with two case studies: home schooling in the Netherlands, and the right to education in the Central African Republic.
