Chicos y Mendez offers a musical repertoire that is open to the world and to contemporary influences. It taps into urban sounds, pop, rock and reggae, and proposes lyrics in Spanish and in French. Following the lead-singer, David Méndez Yépez of Peruvian origin, the group finds its roots in the Latin-American music scene whilst also creating its own musical universe and journey.
